Ingredients

  • Irish whiskey1.5 oz
  • Hot coffee4 oz
  • Demerara sugar1 tsp
  • Heavy cream1.5 oz

Instructions

Warm a glass mug. Add sugar and hot coffee, stir to dissolve. Add whiskey. Float lightly whipped cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon. Do not stir — drink the coffee through the cream.
