Ingredients

  • Pisco2 oz
  • Fresh lime juice1 oz
  • Simple syrup0.75 oz
  • Egg white1 piece
  • Angostura bitters3 drops

Instructions

Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe. Dot the foam with Angostura bitters.
